GYROTONIC® is a unique and revolutionary method derived from yoga, ballet, swimming, gymnastics, and tai chi. This low impact fitness system focuses on increasing joint mobility and range of motion, but also develops coordination and strengthens, lengthens, and tones muscles.

The exercises are performed on beautifully handcrafted wooden machines, which are built around the body in order to create a smooth but continous resistance throughout the body’s entire range of motion.  Each workout is designed to balance the body’s strength and flexibility and can be adapted to any age or fitness level.
